There's this curious "how much is your face worth?" tag floating around the blog universe. Technically speaking, my mug is probably not worth much so I'll just talk about the make up products I use instead. Some weird responses have come out of this tag but just think of it as "my daily make up" plus price tags.
Collection(2000?) Primed and Ready primer £3.99: A week old member of the daily face gang (bought on offer) but I'm liking it so far. Creates a lovely silky smooth surface to apply make up to.
Laura Mercier Oil Free Tinted Moisturiser £33: It may be an overly hyped up product but I rate this a 9/10! Lovely consistency, decent coverage and lasts a reasonable amount of time with a bit of powder on top. A full review can be seen here.
Smashbox High Definition Concealer £20: This concealer is slightly too light for my cheeks and isn't too great for dry skin which I've suddenly adopted. However, I want to finish it so I've been using it under my eyes and it works as pretty decent coverage and applies well.
Laura Mercier Loose Powder £26: I love loose powders, I think they provide a more flawless finish. This one is very light and fine which encourages a better finish without looking flaky. My Laura Mercier powder puff was ruined by water and soot so I've adopted a Real Techniques buffing brush to lightly press it in under the eyes and t-zone.
Maybelline Volume Express Turbo Boost Mascara £6.19: In a rush to find a working mascara, I picked this up. I'll agree with them, there's no clumping but you really have to layer it on if you want this turbo volume. I do like the brush though so I'm happy.
Maybelline Liner-Matic Eyeliner £4.09: Loving the twist up mechanism in this. It's neat and in the move I seem to have lost my sharpener anyway. It applies nicely to the waterline, is pigmented and lasts just the same as other eye liners I've used. It's alot softer than the average kohl pencil though which I can really appreciate.
Anastasia Lash Genius £7.50*: I reviewed this a long while ago but I'm still using it every day. It helps to keep my mascara in place so rain, tears or having juice thrown in your face won't ruin your lashes...just the rest of your make up. Oops.
Laura Mercier Under Eye Perfecter £18.50: This is the orange/yellow shade of a cream based concealer that I use in the corners of my eyes as it can get quite dark and tired looking. I think I got a little carried away on a trip to Liberty once. After using this for over a month, I can say that it's a nice product to have but there's nothing special about it. You can easily perfect those dark circles with cheaper products.

L'Occitance Desert Rose Lip Balm £8.50: You all know I love this; morning, night or the middle of the day. A great base before lipstick.
YSL Rouge Pur Couture Lipstick 16 £23.50: The first high end lipstick purchase I've made and an everyday favourite colour to wear. Gorgeous formula, not drying and long lasting.
That brings us to a total of £151.27. Blimey, I blame all that Laura Mercier lovin'. When you think about the make up you wear like this, it all seems absurd but if you're wearing a product on a near daily basis, it'll work out to be worth your pennies for sure! (At least, that's what I tell myself...) ;)
I now tag all you wonderful people to do this for a bit of fun!
